Women Go Gliding

At Peterborough and Spalding Gliding Club we are again taking part in the British Gliding Association's national gliding weekend initiative on the 26-27 April, to encourage more women to take up the sport.

We are reserving two, twin seat gliders just for the ladies, so if you fancy taking a flight with an instructor, just call in on either day. We launch our gliders by towing behind our tow plane. Once the launch is complete, you will be given the opportunity to take control. Both seats have full duplicate controls.

• Flying is from around 10:30 until end of day.
• No booking required.
• The cost is £109. Bring a friend and if you both fly then only £95 each.
• This includes 2 months membership so you can fly again at our normal members rate.
